We can look back to a very successful first edition of our variety trials of Vreugdenhil Breeding & Seeds, next to the Danziger Flower Trials. Visitors from around the globe took a chance to get an impression of our current dwarf tomatoes, sweet- and hot pepper program. Besides that, a number of pre-commercial varieties and experimental varieties were displayed.
Completely new, was the display of 11 varieties of indeterminate (on growing) tomatoes for the hobby garden market. These varieties are specifically bred for outdoor conditions, and they are resilient to diseases such as Phytophthora and powdery mildew. We thank all our visitors for taking the time to visit the trials.
